For All Customers:

• Because we are confident in the quality of our product we allow ourselves to offer A LIFETIME WARRANTY.
• The only cost will be the return shipping cost Back and forth to the customer
• Wrong ring size due to the wrong choice of the customer will not activate the warranty and the client will have to pay for the resize/remaking a new ring.

We provide no warranty for center stones. To cover the center stone and article with the insurance against loss, damage, theft and etc., the customer can obtain an insurance policy as a Homeowner’s Insurance or as a Jewelry Insurance on his/her own.

Should the customer involves a different jeweler to execute any jeweler work for the article including set of a center stone, sizing and cleaning we void the warranty because we are not in a position to guarantee our product after modification by the third-party jeweler.

We bear no responsibility for the damage or problems caused to the article by the third-party jeweler. Nevertheless, we will be glad to make a repair of the article damaged by the third-party jeweler for a nominal fee. We provide a warranty to the name of the original buyer only.
