Payment:

The used payment systems are Paypal, Money Orders, Personal and Certified Checks, and the majority of the Credit Cards. The ordered article is to be sent immediately after payment confirmation and finishing.

 

Delivery:

Product-in-stock: 2 weeks. If you need more quickly, please contact us and we shall do everything it can to help you.

Product-not-in-stock / customer’s material and customized ring size: We send customized orders within two or three business days upon completion of the jewelry article. We need about three weeks to customize the design of the article and finish it. We deliver the products through the Fedex Priority, proving insurance cover so the receipt requires a customer signature.
There is a tracking number provided for customer’s convenience.
All duties and taxes incurred in the country of the customer are paid by the customer in the country of residence.

**The order is to be delivered to the address indicated on the Paypal receipt if the payment received through Paypal, or to the billing address on the credit card if the payment received through the credit card**

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

We provide a 14-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee to all products (excluding customized products and products on payment/financing plans). The customer shall review, return or exchange the purchased product within fourteen business days starting from the signing of the package. The returned products must have its original, unused condition with tag only unremoved, accompanied by all the documents and inclusions. To send the product back, the customer needs to obtain our approval and delivery recommendations. We engage private insurance companies to be sure the product is properly insured. Once we have confirmed the return, we email the insured shipping label and instructions for delivery. The back delivery cost is paid by the customer. We assume no responsibility if the product was returned to us another way. We bear no responsibility for loss or damage of the back deliveries.

Refunds are to be made by the payment method used by the customer for the initial purchase provided the performance of the above conditions. In addition to the shipping costs, there are following deduction from the refunding amount: USD 50 charge for sizing of the ring, USD 25 charge if the article needs to be cleaned, and USD 50 charge if the article lacks its original box, cleaner, and/or paperwork. Some other charges may be included.

Note: Product-not-in-stock and the customized product orders are not refunded.

All payments for the customized orders and/or payment plans are not to be refundable upon agreement to the quote or payment plan. The customized orders and/or payment plans also are not covered by14-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee. This is due to the fact that we purchase material especially to the customized order against your payment that is non-refundable to us. Nevertheless, please be sure that we shall do our best to help you if you would have any questions after receipt of the jewelry.

**All jewelry pictures are not real photographs and created by 3D rendering software. There might be a small difference between the jewels in reality and the created images. The differences may appear in the stone and metal color and minor details that may not be noticeable. **

We are very serious about the satisfaction of our clients. If something wrong with the purchased article, contact us and we shall render the assistance in the right away. We shall warrant that we stay there for you and your beautiful jewelry for a lifetime even after the expiry of your warranty period. We strive to do our repair charge upon expiry of the warranty period minimal to assure your jewelry stays glittering for keeps. Please contact us and we render you the required assistance.

For All Customers:

• We provide a Lifetime - Warranty.
• Because we are confident in the quality of our product we allow ourselves to offer A LIFETIME WARRANTY.
• The only cost will be the return shipping cost Back and forth to the customer
• Wrong ring size due to the wrong choice of the customer will not activate the warranty and the client will have to pay for the resize/remaking a new ring

We provide no warranty for center stones. To cover the center stone and article with the insurance against loss, damage, theft and etc., the customer can obtain an insurance policy as a Homeowner’s Insurance or as a Jewelry Insurance on his/her own. Should the customer involves a different jeweler to execute any jeweler work for the article including set of a center stone, sizing and cleaning we void the warranty because we are not in a position to guarantee our product after modification by the third-party jeweler. We bear no responsibility for the damage or problems caused to the article by the third-party jeweler. Nevertheless, we will be glad to make a repair of the article damaged by the third-party jeweler for a nominal fee. We provide a warranty to the name of the original buyer only.

Additional Information:

As far as a customized article is produced based on individual parameters provided by the customer during the order the karat weight, number of accent stones, size, and metal weight may vary depending on a ring size, used gems and etc. Our artworks are handmade products the articles have subtle differences. We do our best to provide maximum accuracy and completeness of our online catalog. We bear no responsibility for typographical errors, misprints and misinformation and we save harmless from any claim. Until otherwise defined we always use diamond grade G-H, SI1-2. There are available other grades of diamonds including certified ones upon request. All the articles are executing completely or mostly according to the scratch so our jewelry has always some “character”. There might be slight imperfections on the articles due to the handmade execution but it is the beauty of handwork, a touch of warm hand instead of cold steel. This individual touch guarantees that each article is unique and individual the same like its purchaser. We provide computer sketches for a purchaser who wants to get articles closed to perfection. If you have any further questions regarding handmade characteristics of the purchased article don't hesitate to contact us. We keep working with our clients to be sure that all of them are 100% satisfied with our beautiful works of art. The applied gemstones are natural ones until otherwise defined. Some gemstones may be treated that is stated or unstated. Please be free to specify details regarding a jewelry you are interested in. The photography performance provides capturing the true colors and details of the article as closely as possible. The displayed colors and details may vary depending on a home monitor and the gems picked for the individual jewelry.

In case an exact date of jewelry receipt is important for our client, we shall do our best to provide on-time arrival of the order. However, we recommend not committing to any financial obligation or committing to any dates before the order arrival. We bear no responsibility for any financial loss or noncompliance with obligations the customer may incur in the result of the late delivery of the order that is beyond our control.

Black gold is an overlay process called rhodium. It is applied to give a black look to an engagement ring. 
The black gold has beautiful look and makes your white diamonds glitter like no other but require the certain care methods need to be taken. 
Excessive hand washing, acids or chemicals including household cleaners should not be exposed to the articles of black gold. 

With the proper care, the ring has always magnificent brand-new look as it was the day you’ve opened the box. 
If you feel like not to take the engagement ring off when washing your hands the black gold might not be the option for you. 
Any of our engagement ring models with black gold can be made with any color gold at no extra charge.
